At JazzyEats, we offer thoughtfully designed dining and food service experiences for gatherings of all styles and sizes. From private dinner and intimate celebrations to coporate events and large social gatherings our focus is creating a smooth professional and flavorful experience from begining to end. Every service is approached with attention to presentation, hospitality, and the overall guest experience.
We kindly note that JazzyEats does not currently accommodate parties of two or romantic dinners for two. Guest minimums vary depending on the service selected.
To officially secure your selected service date, a signed service contract and a 50% commitment fee are required. Dated aren't held or reserved until both items are completed. Once your booking is secured, our team begins the preparation process for your event.
Consultations are available for clients needing additional time to discuss event details, menu planning, or service recommendations prior to booking. Consultations are $30 for 15-20 minutes and must be scheduled in advance.
Signature Event Catering

Signature Event Catering is our full-service catering experience for weddings, coporate events, baby showers, milestone celebrations, and private gatherings of 50 or more guests. Every experience includes 2 to 3 professional servers to serve guests from behind the buffet line, ensuring efficient service and a polished guest experience. If your guest count or event scope requires additional servers, that pricing is outlined in the Pricing Overview.

Certain dishes are prepared in advance and finished fresh on-site to ensure every bite is served at its best. This is not a drop-off service. Our team remains on-site from setup through cleanup so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Our food pricing is based on guest count and includes up to 2 proteins and 3 side dish selections. Complimentary additions are included with every event, while Premium proteins are available as upgrades.

Intimate Dining Experience

Intimate Dining by JazzyEats is our smaller-scale version of Signature Event Catering, thoughtfully designed for 10-45 guests. Perfect for anniversaries, baby showers, and private gatherings hosted in homes, Airbnbs, and private venues, this experience delivers the same chef-led service attention to detail in a more intimate setting.

Unlike Signature Event Catering, Intimate Dining is designed for smaller gatherings and does not include commercial catering equipment such as chafing dishes, or sterno setups.

Grazing Stations & Passed Hors d' Oeuvres

Grazing Stations and Passed Hors s' Oeuvres is for our small bites experience, designed for weddings, cocktail hours, corporate events, baby showers, bridal showers, and private celebrations of 25 guests or more. Whether you're welcoming guests before the main meal or hosting an event centered around handcrafted bites.

Choose the package that best fits your event. Both packages are available as either a Grazing Station or Passed Hors d' Oeuvres experience.
Grazing Station
A grazing Station is a beautifully styled self-serve featuring a curated selection of small bites. Designed to encourage guests to mingle and enjoy a variety of flavors at their own pace, it's the perfect choice for creating a warm, inviting atmosphere with an elevated presentation.
Grazing Station Setup & Decor: Starting at $450
The grazing station setup fee includes the styled decor display, serving pieces, and professional presentation required to create an elevated experience.
Passed Hors d' Oeuvres
Passed Hors d' Oeuvres offer a more interactive cocktail hour experience. Rather than serving themselves, guests are greeted by professional servers circulating throughout the room with handcrafted bites, creating a polished and elevated atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Professional serving staff are required for this service and are priced at $175 per server. The number of servers needed is based on your guest count and will be outlined in your custom proposal.

The Classic Package offers 3 selections; $43 per person
The Grand Package offers 5 selections; $58 per person
Additional menu selections may be added for $100 per item, per 10 guests.
MultiCourse Experience

MutliCourse Services is our chef-led dining experience designed for intimate gatherings where each course is prepared, plated, and served individually. perfect for all special occasions, this service transforms your table into a restaurant-style experience in the comfort of your home or private venue. Choose between our standard multi course experience or enhance your evening with thoughtfully selected wine pairings to accompany each course.

Weekly Family Services

Looking for Weekly Family Meals?
This service is for household looking for fresh, chef-prepared meals throughout the week. Unlike our Drop-Off Service, this option is designed for ongoing family dining and is not individual meal prep. Meals are prepared in portions for families to enjoy together, making weeknight dinners simple and convenient.
Drop Off Experience

This service provides chef prepared meals delivered directly to your home, office, or event venue, ready to serve upon arrival. It's an ideal option for gatherings that don't require on-site staffing, allowing you to enjoy the same quality cuisine found in our full-service experiences with the convenience of delivery. Choose the optional add-ons available for food presentation, post event breakdown and dessert. A minimum of 30 guests is required for this service.
What's Not Included
Drop-Off Event Service does not include a display, or catering equipment, on-site staffing, food replenishment, or post event cleanup unless those services are selected as optional add-ons. Serving utensils are included with every Drop off order.
